Shipping & Processing Times
We work hard to get your order packed up and on its way as quickly as possible! Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, though during busy periods, please allow up to 5 business days for processing (this includes printing your order, carefully pulling items, and packaging everything with care).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase — we want your order to arrive without a hitch!
Cellar Door Bath Supply Co. is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges can’t be issued for orders sent to an incorrect address.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we’re unable to create a shipping label with the address provided, we’ll reach out via email for a correction. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
International Orders
We happily ship internationally via DHL or UPS International. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees, which are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Studio Holiday Closures
Our studio takes a break on the following holidays, and orders will not be processed or shipped on these dates:
