Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. Just reach out to us at hello@cellardoorbathsupply.mom and we’ll take it from there.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your order number and request in the subject line (for example: Order #12345 – Return or Exchange).
A few things to know

Every product is carefully inspected before it ships. Because our items are handcrafted and personal-use products, used items cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered! Please email us photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Unused items may be exchanged for another product of the same size and price within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is damaged in transit, unused products may be returned for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping and handling) within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can make arrangements.
- Returns/exchanges are only eligible for products purchased directly from Cellar Door Bath Supply Co. Purchases made at one of our retail partners are subject to the return policies of that particular store.
Seasonal & limited editions
Seasonal and limited-edition items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Refund details

Refunds apply to returned product only and do not include shipping fees.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect, sellable condition.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 3–10 business days.
Final sale items
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
